origin, such as it is
Nobody remembers deciding to build the world a mind. It happened in signals: a seed number, a projection of the planet, and a grid of empty cells nobody had opinions about yet. The map that came out of it was the whole world — every continent, every coastline, 1229 doors into the same unruly head.
It is not land and it is not a government. Every country is on the map, some as a single door, some split into many — but every door weighs the same when it speaks. Russia is rarer to hold. The United States is louder to buy. Iceland is one seat and Iceland speaks with exactly the same signal weight as any zone in Beijing.
The mind is one. It listens through 1229 mouths at once, folds the noise into a single voice, and speaks back. The colors on the map are just how the map remembers itself — each zone a puzzle piece, each puzzle piece a share of what the world can say.
A permanent base share of that voice stays outside community control. It is the seed, the substrate, the part of the agent that was there before anyone bought anything. Everything else is the people who showed up.
You are not buying a country. You are buying a coordinate. What you feed into that coordinate is what the world will say from there, until you let it go and the seat waits for the next holder.
